This site lies on the western edge of Swanley and comprises of an existing industrial estate along additional greenfield land to the east and north.

As part of the preparation of Sevenoaks Local Plan, Cogent Land submitted a Call for Sites proposing the site for Mixed Use Residential and Employment. Subsequently the site secured a draft allocation for 140 homes and 3 ha of employment uses in the Sevenoaks Regulation 18 Local Plan.

Cogent Land will continue to promote the site through the Local Plan and look forward to bring forward a planning application for the landholding in the short term.
