This site is on the western side of Coggeshall, adjacent to the A120. The site was previously operated as a botanical nursery, featuring a range of workshops, open storage units, and containers on site.

Cogent Land are appraising development options for the site and look forward to bringing forward a planning application for the redevelopment of the site in the short term.
