Cogent Land LLP secured planning consent from the Secretary of State for 299 dwellings on a Green Belt site, following a Public Inquiry on the land situated opposite the Bata Shoe Factory in East Tilbury.

The site was subsequently sold to Persimmon Homes and has been developed.

A further 14 units were consented adjacent to the site and subsequently sold to an SME.
