This site is located on the edge of Rochford Town Centre.

Rochford are preparing a new Local Plan with the site earmarked for housing development. The site abuts the existing settlement of Rochford and is ideally located to accommodate future housing growth within the District. The nature of the proposal is a sensitively designed low density scheme in keeping with the character of the area, providing much needed housing.
